Dear Clair, here is an idea for a new universe (of sorts). Feel free to use it if you like the idea! A woman touches a magically-enhanced pair of men's jeans and gets transformed into a man. She buys the magical jeans and takes them home and leaves them on the couch, where her husband touches them by accident and gets changed into a woman. Husband and wife argue and fight it out over the pair of jeans, until they mysteriously change into a skirt. Whoever puts on the skirt first will be able to change their body at will. Who will win, the husband or the wife? Or will both lose? ^_^
A magical ladies changing room at a gym. It ensures anyone who enters IS a woman. You could have a lot of variety on this - from the janitor who comes in after hours and gets turned into a woman, to the guys who want to sneak a peek at the ladies showering, and on to men who hear rumours of this and want to fulfil their desire and become girls.

A comic book convention where all the nerdy guys become different booth babes and cosplay girls. Some attitude changes as well as physical.
